Labor Warranty
GetFix4U warrants the labor performed on each job for 30 days from the date of service. If a covered issue arises within this period, GetFix4U will return to correct the workmanship at no additional labor charge.
Parts and Materials
GetFix4U does not warranty parts or materials supplied by the customer. Parts or materials purchased by GetFix4U on the customer's behalf are covered only under the original manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.
Exceptions — Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Work performed at the customer's explicit request against GetFix4U's professional recommendation
- Temporary or "band-aid" repairs, identified as such at the time of service
- Damage occurring after service from unrelated causes (new leaks, other contractors' work, normal wear, misuse, or acts of nature)
- Modifications made by the customer or a third party after the work was completed
How to Request Warranty Service
Customers should contact GetFix4U as soon as an issue is noticed, describing the original service and the problem observed. GetFix4U will assess whether the issue falls within the warranty scope before scheduling a return visit.
